Our Goals

As stated earlier the PTA is poised to assist in the all-round development of the college

Specifically in the next three years, our goals are as follows

1. IMPROVE COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS: Effective communication with members of the PTA, other stakeholders, and the general public is a very important tool to effectively promote development in any institution, the Executive of the PTA FGGC Oyo is determined to facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders using all available means.
2. INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT: The need to formulate a strategy to develop the College is top on our agenda.This infrastructural development will be majorly powered by the private sector participation in form of CSR from companies.
3. The PTA FGGC Oyo is open to discussion with the private sector in order to bring infrastructural development to the College.The main point in this infrastructural development is that it will be majorly Private sector driven and not at any extra cost to the parents who are already saddled with the challenge of sponsorship of their kids to school
4. WELFARE OF STAFF OF THE PTA:
   The PTA FGGC Oyo is committed to ensuring the development of the PTA staff by
   • Facilitating on the job training
   • Implement welfare packages
5. ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT:
6. The FGGC Oyo is not oblivious to the fact that the PTA does not own the school so, we will do all that is necessary in collaboration with the college management Areas such as
   1. digitization of the teaching and learning process via the provision of digital facilities for the Classes, library and laboratories. Also, ensuring that our girls also get adequate personal digital equipment for effective learning purpose
   2. The need to strengthen security for the school will also be areas where we will collaborate with the College management, we will do all within our powers to facilitate adequate security for the College by training of the security operatives and also ensuring the use of modern security gadgets
   3. Sports development: we will in collaboration with the College management focus on the improvement of sporting facilities in the college in order to identify talented girls in sports and help develop the talents we also will use sports to help improve the physical and mental well-being of the students to improve their academic performance.
   4. To instill Transparency, Accountability, Integrity and sound Internal Control System to the running of the affairs of the association
